Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you must contact me at ksheyna@artofnightswood.com I accept returns on items within 7 days of receipt. (14 days of receipt for Buyers in the EU). This does not apply to Commission pieces.
If 7 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund.

EU’s distance selling laws (Right of Withdrawal)
Buyers in the EU have the right to return certain products for any reason by contacting the seller within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original, unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (where applicable).

The item must be packed securely and returned in the condition it was sent. If the item is damaged on return due to buyers poor packing it will affect the amount refunded. Refunds will not be given until I receive the item.

Once your return has been received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

'Return to sender' and 'unclaimed' items are usually returned via Sea mail. This can take up to and over 90 days. All items will be inspected upon return, any damages to the item during transit, due to being unclaimed/abandoned will affect the refund amount. Refunds will not be given until I receive the item. 

If you do not receive your item.
Once I have handed a package over to the post office it is no longer in my control and I am afraid there is nothing I can do. If your purchase has insurance on it (insurance can be calculated upon request and must be paid by the buyer) I will contact the Post office, once the claim has been processed I will fully refund your purchase less postage.
